The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. You can leave at any time. We do not guarantee a launch date or that any feature will be available at launch.
Plans and prices
Plans, prices and features shown on this website are our current plans and may change before launch. You will not be charged anything until you choose a plan at checkout. Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of the first release.
Free redo and refunds
If a design has errors, we intend to regenerate it for free. Your designs are created for you as soon as you pay, so we do not plan to offer refunds once generation has started, except where the law gives you that right. The exact conditions, including any right of withdrawal that applies to you, will be shown at checkout and in the paid-service terms before you pay.
Designs and examples
Images on this website are AI-generated examples and previews. Real results depend on your photo, and the furniture, plants and products shown may not match real products or sizes. Price ranges are editorial estimates and not offers to sell.

Where we link to third-party retailers, we are not responsible for their products, prices or policies. If we use affiliate links, we will say so clearly where they appear.
Intellectual property
The website, its text, design and images belong to DesignMyBalcony unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or republish them without permission.
