This page explains what DesignMyBalcony ("we", "us") collects while the service is on a waitlist, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist. You enter it in a form hosted by a third-party form provider, and we receive it from them.
- Basic, anonymous site usage, such as which buttons are clicked, so we can improve the page. We do not use advertising cookies.
- A small flag stored in your browser (local storage) that remembers whether you have already joined the waitlist or seen the pop-up, so we don't show it twice. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.
How we use it
- To email you about the launch and early access.
- To understand which parts of the page are useful.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Photos you upload
The service is not live yet, so no photos are collected today. Before launch we will publish how uploaded photos are stored, used and deleted, and update this page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@designmybalcony.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced to waitlist members by email.
